Subject: cpufreq/amd-pstate: Remove the unncecessary driver_lock in

amd_pstate_update_limits
|
|
|

There is no need to take a driver wide lock while updating the
|
|
highest_perf value in the percpu cpudata struct. Hence remove it.
|
