From 423bd96e0e4522b19e2dca083b70ebbebb639acd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Kan Liang Date: Thu, 10 Oct 2024 07:26:04 -0700 Subject: perf/x86/rapl: Clean up cpumask and hotplug The rapl pmu is die scope, which is supported by the generic perf_event subsystem now. Set the scope for the rapl PMU and remove all the cpumask and hotplug codes.
